• Enjoy a Wide Selection
  Avago Technologies offers a wide range of GaAs and Silicon RFICs in the industry standard SOT, SC70, Minipak, LPCC, Plastic and Ceramic packages.
• Single Supply RF transistors
  Avago's enhancement mode E-pHEMT devices are the first commercially available single-supply RF transistors that do not need a negative gate bias voltage for operation.
• ADS Modeling
  A library of models is supplied to users as an aid to circuit designs. While it reflects reasonably close similarity to the actual devices in terms of performance, it is not suggested as a replacement for lab evaluation.
• Demonstration Circuit Boards
  Demonstration Circuit Boards are available for many of Avago's RF ICs.
